Your Wedding – Your Way

Exclusively yours for the duration of your stay, we provide the venue – Tipis, power, toilets, water, accommodation, furniture, lighting and sound system – and you organise the rest – in short, the food, the drinks, the decoration and the music!

Here’s a suggestion of how your celebratory time with us might work….

Set up Tuesday/Friday

Spend a really meaningful day with family and close friends setting up for your big day – with or without your chosen suppliers. A member of the Hadsham Farm team will meet you in the morning and run through where everything is and how it all works. Then it’s over to you – plug in your playlist in and let your creativity flow!

Tuesday/Friday Night

Retreat to our Wedding Suite shepherds hut or one of our glamping Bell Tents on site or head off to your hotel, bed & breakfast or hired holiday house to relax. Then perhaps head out for a pre-wedding meal at one of the many fantastic eateries in the local area. All the while leaving the Tipi in the safe hands of our friendly security guard.

The Big Day

It’s finally here! Get showered, have breakfast and then get ready in your hotel, weekend rental property or our luxury Wedding Suite shepherds hut.

Then head off in style for your ceremony – be that at a local church, other licensed venue or for your personal celebrant-led ceremony at Hadsham Farm itself.

The Reception

Enjoy welcome drinks by the Tipi – either supplied by you and served by your caterers or supplied and served by a bar supplier of your choosing.

Then into the Tipi to sit down for the feast to be served by your caterers. And with total freedom of choice in terms of your suppliers, foodies can go completely wild without breaking the bank!

Photography Session

Don’t forget your photographer will want some one-on-one time with you! After the meal is usually a good time because the setting sun at the end of the lake provides some great light.

Sore feet? Take a break in the chill-out tent or toast a marshmallow or two over either our indoor bio-ethanol fire-pit or our outdoor brazier complete with crackling logs.

Midnight will be here before you know it and your pre-booked taxis will arrive to pick up your guests at the end of the disco. For those staying on site, head to the chill-out tent with some background tunes and carry on until the cows come home – or at least until you can’t resist the call of your bed!

Clear Down Thursday/Sunday

Take a refreshing hot shower in our on-site shower block (x3) (from 2020 onwards) and then cook-up a brunch on our BBQ to fuel ​the troops before setting them to work clearing the venue back down and disposing of all your waste in our recycling bins.

A member of the Hadsham Farm team will then come and meet you before you hand the venue back to us and head off with many happy memories of a wonderful and relaxed wedding weekend in the Cotswolds.
