All of the items listed below are available exclusively to customers of Hadsham Farm Weddings. As such, they’ll be available to hire right up until your big day.

Save money and save the planet by not having to transport them to and from your home or another supplier!

Do check back every now and then to see if we have added any more items. And please ask if there’s something you’re looking for you think we might be able to help with.

Please e-mail charlie@hadshamfarmweddings.co.uk to book – we’d suggest letting us know the orders as and when you’ve decided but wait until, say 2 weeks before your event for final confirmation and making payment.

Breakages will be deducted from your Damage Deposit.

Festival flags

14 giant rainbow-coloured festival flags with 6.3m carbon-fibre poles.
2 each of red, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple and pink.

Supplied and installed for £150.

Wooden ‘LOVE’ Letters

Hand-made on the farm. 4ft high rustic wooden light-up LOVE letters. Outdoor use only in good weather.

Supplied and installed for £75.

House Plant Selection

Selection of 24 foliage house plants – large, medium and small. Includes 8 apple crates for creating extra height. The pots will be wrapped in hessian. Instant impact and fully eco-friendly greenery!

Wood & Metal Market Cart

Large (1.4m x 0.8m) metal and mango-wood market cart, inspired by traditional Indian market stalls but with a contemporary finish. Use it for a Welcome Drinks Display, Prosecco Station, Cake Display, Sweetie Cart, Cheese Station, Doughnut Wall – whatever you like!

Supply-only for £75.

Prop Shed Key

The following items (Garden Games, Easel, Pallet, Crates, Cable Reel Table, Cake Stands, Post Box, Lanterns, Bunting, Table Numbers, Ladder Shelves, Hessian Sacks) will all be kept inside a little wooden ‘Prop Shed’ on site. Help yourself to anything you require and please put it back when you’ve finished.

The key to the Prop Shed is yours for only £200.

Wooden Easel

Home-made on the farm, this rustic easel allows you to display your seating plan or other information boards in an eye-catching way. Example image shown.

Reusable Wooden Pallet

Sturdy wooden pallet, painted white. Use ‘wet’ chalk pens to create your own ‘order of the day’.

Apple Crates

rustic apple crates. For creating interesting displays. These crates come with the house plant selection if you’ve hired that but didn’t want the Prop Shed key too.

Cable Reel Display Table / Stand

Upcycled timber Cable Reel display table – 65cm high x 85 cm diameter.

Cake Stand

Hand-made on the farm. 3 tiers made from live-edge timber and treated with a food-safe preservative. Single tier option available. Suitable for 12 inch (max 7 inch tall), 10 inch (max 6 inch tall) and 8 inch cakes.

Wedding Post Letter Box

Vintage style cast metal replica Royal Mail post box in white. Measures approx 58cmH x 25cmW x 34cmD

Top Card – measures 5cm tall x 6.5cm wide, with text area 4cm x 5cm

Main Card – 20cm tall x 12cm wide, with text area 19cm x 11cm

Lanterns

4 large and 2 medium Lanterns for block candles. The large ones are 44cm high and will need a max 10cm diameter, 29cm high candle. The medium ones are 29cm high and will need a max 7cm diameter, 15cm high candle.

Bunting

For instant decorative impact!

Two styles of bunting – rainbow or pastel colours. 80m of each style will be available (8 x 10m), which is enough to dress all 4 Tipis around the circumference at 2.2m above the floor – i.e. at the level of the ring beam in each Tipi. 20m allows for a nice level of ‘sway’ between each of the main poles – i.e. it’s not taught.

Table Numbers / Plinths

Hand-made on the farm. Live-edge wooden table numbers (1-16) and sixteen log-slice plinths for table decorations to sit on.

A-Frame Ladder Shelves

Hand-made on the farm. Ideal for creating an impactful display. Two A-Frame ladders and a selection of scaffold board shelves.

Hessian Coffee Sacks

Hessian coffee sacks – can be used on the bench seating to provide a little cushioning. Example images shown.

Testimonials

What a weekend, what a day, what a wedding and lastly what a party!! The venue was everything we had dreamt of and more. What Charlie has created is an incredible venue where you really don’t have to do anything, but everyone does, and puts their stamp on it. All our guests said it was an amazing venue, like no wedding that they had been to, topped off surrounded by the beautiful countryside. We couldn’t fault Charlie on anything, he was so helpful throughout our engagement, quick to answer any calls and emails and was a pleasure to work with. If you want a tipi, festival, music festival vibe, then this is your venue, don’t even think about it as your date will go. I look forward to seeing what Charlie does to transform this venue and some how make it better and better each year, with my heart full and reminiscing about my big day. If you’re considering Hadsham Farm, don’t think twice. It is the best wedding venue you could choose! Myself and husband had the most incredible wedding, filled with love, fun, wild party and a relaxed atmosphere that had people calling it the best wedding they’ve ever been to. You have the ability to really let your imagination go wild and bring any vision to life. Charlie is the biggest support in the lead up to the wedding, with no question too big or small for him to help with. The whole operation was so slick. Charlie has thought of everything, with the infrastructure on site, really well maintained grounds, tables, kitchen / food prep area and the walk in drinks fridge was perfect for all the booze we brought with. It was a bonus that you have it Friday – Sunday as it extends the weekend and means you don’t have 12 hours onsite before you’re booted out. The friday was so much fun setting up with friends and family. It’s not everyday you have a venue that really lets you do what you want. Thank you Charlie and family for letting us have a wedding truly personalised to our tastes, and for providing the most beautiful and epic venue!

I was so lucky to photograph Sam and Ben’s wedding at Hadsham Farm. This venue is on another level! The location is stunning and there are so many options for how you can plan and configure your special day. Hadsham Farm were such great hosts, always there to help if needed. The bell tent accommodation is fantastic as well – clean, warm and lovely facilities. I also love the personal touch of being able to set the tipi up to your own style. I can’t speak more highly of this place and it was an honour to be able to photograph there. Shame I am already married, otherwise this would have without a doubt been my venue.

The best wedding venue ever! All you could ever want from a dry hire wedding venue… we were able to choose every supplier we wanted for the food / bar / music without any restrictions, which makes it super personal to you as a couple. We stayed on site in the lovely shepherd hut, and our guests stayed in the bell tents which is convenient for everyone. We also had a brilliant live band and it sounded amazing in the tipis. We feel super lucky & hope some of our friends get married here too so we can enjoy a Hadsham wedding again!

Oh Hadsham Farm! You have a special place in our hearts, that’s for sure. We’ve photographed weddings at Hadsham countless times and absolutely adore this venue. It is such a beautiful setting but not only that, every couple can truly make it their own. We’ve been to so many wedding venues, where couples just don’t have the freedom to create their day how they actually want to. Charlie and the team at Hadsham are incredible people and go above and beyond. Couldn’t recommend this venue enough ❤️
