You have the ability to really let you imagination go wild and bring any vision to life. Charlie is the biggest support in the lead up to the wedding, with no question too big or small for him to help with. The prop store and additional hire items are really helpful so you don’t have to hire everything in. We did hire more chairs in to deliver our vision of long tables and it worked really well for the sharing meal we had (we had 100 people). Charlie knew the vendors well and the chairs were there the Friday we arrived after being delivered early. The whole operation was so slick.
Charlie has thought of everything, with the infrastructure on site, really well maintained grounds, tables, kitchen / food prep area and the walk in drinks fridge was perfect for all the booze we brought with. It was a bonus that you have it Friday – Sunday as it extends the weekend and means you don’t have 12 hours onsite before you’re booted out. The friday was so much fun setting up with friends and family.
It’s not everyday you have a venue that really lets you do what you want. Thank you Charlie and family for letting us have a wedding truly personalised to our tastes, and for providing the most beautiful and epic venue!
Hadsham Farm Weddings, was our dream wedding venue, and on the day it exceeded our dreams.
From the start, we’ve had so much communication with Charlie, always super helpful, kind and responsive to any form of communication (text or email). On the day of, he was super chilled (which is what we needed) showed us everything we’d need for the big day. Everything was perfect.
I just want to say, this venue is so stunning that if you didn’t have the ability or finances to decorate it, it would still look beyond perfect! The tents are super comfy, and the wedding cabin was lovely. Everything was designed so well! It’s more than just glamping to be honest.
Our guests were absolutely taken back by our venue choice, and they all complimented us on it. Sitting outside on the little porch in the morning after the wedding taking in the beauty of the venue will be a cherished memory. The security guard, Paul was super helpful and kind, always there if you needed anything.
If you’re looking for your dream outdoor wedding venue, this is the place for you! I honestly couldn’t recommend it enough. It’ll be the best decision you make for your wedding
What I’ve been telling my friends and family is that it is much easier to decorate effectively when you’re somewhere as beautiful as Hadsham farm. You couldn’t ask for a better maintained or more stunning setting for your special day.
The friendly, down to earth team help when needed but let you have complete freedom of their venue for the rest of your time there. For their part made every accommodation to help us plan our wedding – including extra site visits with caterers, and understanding when drinks glasses would be collected only after we handed the site back to them.

The best wedding venue in the world. I was so lucky to be married here last week. The venue is stunning, has everything you need and is dry hire so we could do what we wanted. Loved the shepherds hut for us, and the tents for guests were so lovely. Every supplier said to us this was the best venue they had been to, it truly is breath taking. Charlie is fantastic to work with, thank you for letting us get married in our own little piece of heaven.
Charlie was always happy to help, quick to reply to any queries / questions we had and made the whole process very stress free and easy for us. He was also very down to earth and easy to talk to, which always helps.
All of our guests expressed how beautiful and stunning it was.
If you are thinking of having a TIPI wedding, but do not want the stress of setting up everything that goes with it Hadsham Farm should 100% be your first choice. They were amazing from start to finish, thank you for making our dreams come true and giving us the most magical day ever.
We were forced to postpone due to covid, and they went above and beyond to ensure we didn’t lose any money (or sanity). In the end, it was so worth it as all the extras Hadsham added in that year made the day even better.
Every person has commented on how it was the best and most beautiful wedding they had been to, and from the no corkage, to the all night fire pit (try beat our 5am!), it just made for the most incredible evening. People always tell you your wedding goes in a flash, but because you have the venue for the whole weekend and no kick out, ours felt like a perfect length dream.

From Banbury, head out of town on the Warwick Road towards Warmington/Gaydon. Take the second left after approximately 1 mile, signposted to ‘Horley and Hornton.’
Once in Horley, turn right at the first junction by the village pub (Red Lion) and follow the road up the hill and out of the village. The working farm is on the left after 1/4 a mile, with the entrance to ‘Hadsham Farm Weddings’ just past the farm buildings on the left. If your sat nav takes you to Horley Business Park, you have gone 1/4 of a mile too far!
From M40 Gaydon, follow the signs toward Warmington/Banbury. After you have climbed Warmington hill, and passed the National Herb Centre, follow the road for approximately 2 miles at which point the turn for ‘Horley and Hornton’ is on your right. Then follow directions above.
