Guest Directions
For SAT NAVs, use OX15 6FH.
Our old postcode was OX15 6BN and will still work if your sat-nav doesn’t pick up the new one yet!

From Banbury, head out of town on the Warwick Road towards Warmington/Gaydon. Take the second left after approximately 1 mile, signposted to ‘Horley and Hornton.’
Once in Horley, turn right at the first junction by the village pub (Red Lion) and follow the road up the hill and out of the village. The working farm is on the left after 1/4 a mile, with the entrance to ‘Hadsham Farm Weddings’ just past the farm buildings on the left. If your sat nav takes you to Horley Business Park, you have gone 1/4 of a mile too far!
From M40 Gaydon, follow the signs toward Warmington/Banbury. After you have climbed Warmington hill, and passed the National Herb Centre, follow the road for approximately 2 miles at which point the turn for ‘Horley and Hornton’ is on your right. Then follow directions above.

Supplier Information
All of our Customers (your Clients) are ‘dry-hiring’ the Venue for their event and they will have been sent a ‘Supplier Information Sheet’ to pass on to you. As such, all queries should be directed to them in the first instance. Failing that, your Hadsham Farm site contacts are: Charlie or Rob Taylor on 07920 587 406 or 07796 175199.
Delivery Vehicle Suitability & Logistics:
Access to the Venue is via a single lane farm track and the turning areas at the Venue area limited. Please do not attempt to deliver using anything larger than 7.5 tons. If you have a choice, the best vehicle to use would be a van or 4×4 and trailer.
Larger Deliveries – catering, bar, flowers, DJ / Band, food / drink vehicles etc. – please follow the signs to the Service Area, but do check there is space to turn around first otherwise you might get stuck!
Smaller Deliveries – decorations, personnel, small packages etc. – please use the main Car Park
Shoes!
Our venue is in the middle of a beautiful countryside setting – there’s grass everywhere (mown short) and we’ve also put down a lot of decking walkways – neither of these surfaces are that great in stilettos! There are gaps in the decking where the boards expand and contract and the grass is soft if it’s been wet. You have been warned!
Accommodation
On-site – shepherd’s hut wedding suite; Hadsham Farm glamping bell tents; bring your own tent.

Marriage Ceremony Law
The Marriage and Civil Partnerships Regulations asserts that you cannot get married at Hadhsam Farm as it is an outdoor venue. You can have a blessing or unofficial ceremony, so long as you realise it will not be legally binding. To make it so, you’ll have to exchange your vows in a church or registrar’s office before or after to make it official!
Weather Conditions
On that perfect, blue-sky clear day, there isn’t much that can compare to a beautiful outdoor wedding reception. However we all know that the Great British weather cannot be relied upon! The most important thing to remember is that preparation is key – you will not be surprised by the weather if you are ready for every eventuality.
