The Taylor family have farmed the north Oxfordshire countryside for over 100 years, handing down their love of the land, care for their animals and the environment. This generation have planted thousands of trees to replace those lost when Dutch Elm disease devastated the country. Three small lakes have been dug in what was boggy land and now provide a rich wildlife habitat. Our sheep graze the hills as they have done for generations and hay is made from the lower pastures. Each spring we open the farm to the public for 'live lambing', allowing people to experience the magic and education of watching new life come into the world. A new crop for this part of the world is Christmas trees; a hit in December when people can walk through the plantation and 'pick their own' tree!

In 2012 Charlie and Sarah were married on the family farm. Along with Charlie’s brother David, they then decided to open the venue to other couples. Hadsham Farm has been hosting wedding receptions ever since and we are enjoying helping people create their own unique countryside weddings.
